5. How We Use Cookies, Beacons, Proxies, and Other Technologies
To improve the user experience, when you visit our website or use any services we provide, we may identify you through small data files, so as to save you from repeatedly entering login information or to help us determine whether your account is secure. Such data files may include cookies, Flash cookies, or other local storage provided by your browser or related applications (collectively, "cookies"). Please note that some of our services support only cookies. You can change your cookie acceptance level, or refuse our cookies if your browser or browser plug-in permits. The "Help" section of most browser toolbars will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to be notified when you receive a new cookie, and how to disable cookies entirely. In addition, you can disable or delete similar data used by browser plug-ins, such as Flash cookies, by changing the plug-in's settings or visiting the plug-in developer's website. However, in some cases, such actions may affect your secure access to our website or your use of the services we provide.
In addition, our website may contain certain electronic images (known as "single-pixel GIF files" or "web beacons"). Through web beacons, a website can help count the number of users visiting a web page or access certain cookies. We use web beacons to collect data about your web browsing activity, such as the address of the web page you visit, the referring page you previously visited, your browser environment, and your display settings.
If you use any services provided by a third party (and not by us) through our website or platform, in order to safeguard the security of your account and provide a more secure user experience, we may use dedicated network protocols and proxy technologies (the "dedicated network channel"). Through the dedicated network channel, we can help you identify high-risk websites known to us, thereby reducing the risk of phishing and account compromise caused by such websites. The dedicated network channel can also better protect the common interests of you and third parties, preventing wrongdoers from tampering with the services expected by you and third parties, for example, by injecting advertisements and tampering with illegal content through insecure routers and illegal base stations. At the same time, we may obtain and retain information about your computer, such as your IP address, hardware ID, and the location of the pages you visit.
6. How You Exercise Your Rights Relating to Your Personal Information
We will take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you can access, update, and correct your personal information, and exercise the other personal information rights you are entitled to under applicable laws and regulations. Please note that if you choose to opt out of certain types of data collection or use, you may not be able to use all features of our services. You can contact us at the email address below to carry out the relevant actions.
When we cooperate with third-party institutions to provide services, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, your use of such third-party institutions' services will be governed by their published privacy policies or other terms and conditions (if any). Please read the relevant policies and terms carefully; if you have any questions, you may consult the third-party institution providing services to you.
If you have any questions about this Policy, or any complaints or comments about our processing of your personal information, please contact us through the following channel: Email address: [email protected].
We will respond to you within the time limits prescribed by applicable laws and regulations. To protect the security of your information, we need to verify your identity and qualifications. These third parties may place their own cookies or pixel tags, or otherwise collect and process your personal information, in ways that are beyond our control and may not be subject to this Policy. Although we will make commercially reasonable efforts to require these entities to take measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that these entities will take all the protective measures we require.
