Refund Policy

Credits are prepaid and used to pay for future API calls. Consumed credits, issued trial credits, promotional credits, and credits tied to abuse or policy violations are not refundable.

Unused purchased credits may be reviewed for refund eligibility. Contact support from the account email and include the payment record and reason for the request.

A platform service fee of 5% of the refundable amount plus a fixed US$0.50 per refund is deducted from every refund. The fixed portion covers the per-transaction processing fee our payment provider keeps even when a payment is refunded. Refund amount = unused purchased credits ×(1 − 5%) − US$0.50. The fixed fee applies to each refund, including each partial refund. Requests whose net refund after fees would be under US$1.00 are not accepted.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Arrival time depends on the payment provider and banking network.
